Do you felt you was stuck in a rut?

When I read the talk of Matt Cutts: try something new for 30 days. I think about my dream for along time.
Day by day, the time goes on, I waste my time on the internet, meeting, party. I have work from 7:30 am to 17:00pm, after that I usually relax with my friend and forgot what I need to do to achieve goal.
Now, I suddendly think about what did I do in years ago?
Of course, I sacticfy with my job now, but thisn’t enought. I forgot learn English, improve my skill, I don’t read book because when I read my eyes close 🙂
That’s time to see myself, think about what I wanted, try something new for 30 next days.
First, I try to read book and study English every day to achieve my first goal – get IELTS 6.5, get Master degree.
The next goal is get scholarship study abroad.
What is your goal? This’s time to think about setting and achieving goals.
Nowadays, people have more and more works to do. They work day and night to get money. They want to be rich. They want to be succeed.
How to succeed? It is a big question but the anwers is little. The question is sleep.
Sleep is essential for person’s health. Human need sleep along with food, water and oxygen, to survive.
Most of us know that getting a good night’s sleep is important. Sleep needs vary across ages and are especially impacted by lifestyle and health.
Adults need at least eaight hours of sleep each night. Sleep is a sweet balm that soothes and restores us after a long day of work and play. After sleep, we will feel better and do effectively.
Sleep is apart of way to succeed.
Let’s turn off your computer, cell phone,… close your eyes and enjoy your sleep.
Angela Lee Duckworth, a spychological realized that IQ wasn’t the only thing separating the successfull people. The key of success wasn’t social intelligence, gook lucks, physical health or IQ. It was GRIT.
She said: “Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals”.
Nowaday, there are many people who is success in the world. That don’t depend on intelligence or lucky. They have to working for a long time to get a success. That is grit.
For me, to get the success is not eassily. It requises more and more attempt. Grit is very importance.
I need grit to get success for my life. I have to study hardly, prastice for a long time to fulfill my own dream.
I like to shopping when I have free time.
I usually go to Metro. There are lots of thing I need.
There are many food and grosceries.
I put shopping cart through the ailse.
The aisle are filled with food such as: frozen foods, baked goods, bread, daily products, canned goods, snacks,..
There are lots of beverages on the self.
I buy a lot of to store food and beverages
Moreover, I like to buy household items to give my mother when I go to my hometown.
I like to by in super market or Metro because of promotion. Futher more, it’s quick. I can see everything I need. Just grab what I feel like and be on my way.
Sometimes, I go to fashion shop to buy clothes. I can choose and try everthing I like.
Going shopping can make me feel relax. I love shopping.
I remember my first day of school.
My mother took me to the school. We went to school by bycicle.
I was exicited but I was afraid.
We got to the school.
The school looked very big and beautifull. There were a lot of tree and flowers
There were lots of children in there. They were playing on the playground.
My mother and I went to the kindergarten room.
My teacher took me in to the classroom and introduce me to some of the other children.
I forgot my mother stayed outsite.
We play together. All of them were funny.
In the school, we sang songs, played some games and listened as the teacher read us a story.
After school, my mother took me to home by bycicle and I told everything in the school to her.
I like school.
It is a good place to play and learn all about the world.
“Television is good if you don’t spend too much time to watch it”, my mother said when I was young. We can learn form TV shows. It gives us more information all over the world. But it can harm your health if spending too much time.
When I was a child I really liked to watch cartoon movies, comedy and fairy tales after school. But I didn’t spend too much time on it because I usually read book and do the homework at home.
Nowadays, I usually watch news to find out what happended in our lives day by day. Beside that, I like to watch Discover, National Geographic and the History chanels to get more information.
Every day, my parents usually watch TV together afer finish their dinner. They watch news, movie, after that they go to sleep at 10pm.
On weekend, they like to watch reality show to relax. My father would like to watch sport and game show such as: The Voice, The Voice kid, Vietnamese got talent, …Cooking programme is my mother favorite channel on TV. In order to learn how to cook new foods for family. She like to watch game show with my father too. It make their relax after work.
When I go to my hometown, I usually watch TV with my parent, I like to watch whatever show because in that time we can stay togetther.
